We are open from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

While all clients will progress through three primary phases (discovery, planning, and action), the specific approach may vary based on individual needs. And depending on whether clients opt for in-person access or virtual consultation, the effectiveness of sessions could vary.

How can I upgrade my membership?

As you advance on your journey of self-discovery, you may find it beneficial to elevate the level of support you receive. To upgrade your membership, simply reach out to us with your request. The upgrade will be available starting on the first of the following month.

How can I cancel my appointment?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Clients receive a 24-hour window from their scheduled appointment time to cancel without incurring any fees. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a $25 fee being added to your account.
